I leaned in and whispered in his ear, “Think you can handle a beating?” Jordan shivered. Swallowed. Nodded.
“Good.” I kissed the side of his neck. “Because I want to watch him flog you.” Another shiver.
I kissed his neck again, then took a step back. I turned to Angel. “He’s all yours. Give me a minute to get cleaned up, and I’ll be back with the camera.”
“I still have to warm him up anyway.” Angel hit his palm again. “Take your time.” I left him to get Jordan’s skin warmed up, and by the time I returned, Jordan was on his knees. Angel spent a few minutes with the softer flogger before switching to a stiffer one that would give Jordan the sting he so loved.
He looked at me. “Ready?”
I raised the camera. “When you are.”
The mischievousness in those beautiful blue eyes gave me pleasant chills. “I’m always ready for this,” Angel said. “You know that.”
I watched through the viewfinder, my mouth watering as Angel raised the flogger. He brought it down on Jordan’s shoulders with a satisfying smack, and Jordan grunted. His expression was somewhere between a wince and total bliss, but each time Angel hit him, the scales tipped further and further in favor of the latter.
A few times, I forgot I even had a camera in my hand. Watching the two of them, I had to remind myself I was supposed to be photographing them. And what a beautiful subject to photograph.
Snap. Tails frozen in midair.
Snap. Leather tails splayed across Jordan’s shoulder.
Snap. The cocktail of pain and pleasure furrowing Jordan’s brow and pulling his lips into a grimace.
Eyes closed, Jordan moaned and wavered a little. He leaned forward on his hands, and his elbows and shoulders shook with the herculean effort of keeping himself upright. His skin was drenched in sweat, and he was deep in subspace now. On his knees with some post-orgasmic bliss and a rush of endorphins, he must have been in heaven.
After a while, though, Angel set the flogger down. “I think he’s had about enough,” he said to me as he knelt beside Jordan. I didn’t argue. The last thing we needed to do was push Jordan too far, so I picked up one of the towels we’d made sure to keep handy and tossed it to Angel. He wrapped it around Jordan’s shoulders and spoke so softly to him I couldn’t understand what he said.
Once I’d put my camera aside and clicked off some of the lights, I joined them.
“Why don’t you take him in the bedroom?” Angel said to me as he rubbed Jordan’s neck. “I’ll clean up in here and meet you guys in there.”
“Will do.” To Jordan, I said, “You okay to stand?”
